Fulfillment Timeline
All orders from our ready to wear offering are processed within 2-3 business days. Artisanal pieces are hand made and hence require a longer fulfillment time of 5-6 business days.
Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled or modified within a 12 hour window. Please confirm that all details mentioned are correct before completing the checkout process. All orders are shipped from our atelier in New Delhi, India. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
When experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow us additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, our team will contact you via email or telephone.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation outlining all the necessary details. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our team.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking details.

International Shipping
Past Modern offers worldwide shipping. Delivery rates and timeline vary by location. For further information please contact us via email at hi@pastmodern.co. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Past Modern is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
